Well appointed and relaxing venue, no complains at all. Stunning and great location in very calm area, BIG restaurants in the local area. Delicious and fab food for breakfast.

Unboxing my experience

Breakfast spread is excellent, and the spa features an alluring outdoor jacuzzi. Though parking incurs extra costs, the spacious superior room and friendly staff elevate the experience. Perfectly designed for families, each moment feels like a mini adventure.

Tastefully decorated suite, very comfy beds. A huge variety of lovely options for meal. Easy to get to, stunning location so close to mountains and other side building area, city center, cable car, slopes or mountain trails and outskirts of Szklarska Poreba.

The fine mountain views from the hotel give you a visual treat that's hard to beat. The cozy indoor swimming pool is great for a relaxing splash after a day out exploring the nearby trails.

There are some quirks to consider. The bar closes too early at 10 PM, which makes evening unwinding a bit tricky. Plus, the restaurant has had some inefficiencies, specifically with long waits for food. If you need a late checkout, prepare for some confusion-it's a bit of a hassle. And parking isn't cheap.

The hotel provided a nice clean suite with a fine mountain view, and I really enjoyed the delicious food offered . I loved relaxing in the indoor swimming pool and trying out the sauna, which added to the chill vibe. The only downside was that the wooden planks on the balcony could use some better finishing-definitely watch your step! 😊

Unfortunately, the room I received did not match my expectation, overlooking a parking lot instead of the advertised mountain view, impacting my stay significantly.

Cozy room, good amenities, complemented by friendly staff who assisted with luggage storage and provided an excellent breakfast selection to start the day right.
